Theme: Joseph and His Coat of Many Colors – God’s plans are always bigger than our own
I was trying to decide how to structure this women’s day camp when it hit me, why not make it exactly like the kids’ camp? As women, especially as moms, we rarely give ourselves permission to slow down, laugh, and simply enjoy the moment. So this is our chance to reconnect with our youthful side and play the way the kids did at our youth camp. After all, Scripture reminds us to have a childlike faith (Matthew 18:3). What better way to live that out than by stepping into a day of joy, creativity and fun?
This gathering is a chance to reconnect with your faith, with horses, and maybe even with the version of you that used to run barefoot through the grass.
What to look forward to:
* A short scripture study and discussion
* Painting our horses (yes, really!)
* A fun craft
* Horsemanship activities (all groundwork— this camp is no riding!)
* Laughter, connection, and a chance to breathe deep and be
You don’t need horse experience. You don’t need anything, really, except a heart open to joy, curiosity and God’s gentle leading.
